Performance Weight Loss has celebrated many successes over the last year. Our clinic has recognized approximately 23, 400 pounds of weight loss with our client-base which is located in the Greater Madison, Ridgeland, Jackson area. At Performance Weight Loss we offer three different weight loss protocols which can be tweaked to meet each patients individual needs.

Performance Weight Loss Method

Our four-step medically supervised weight loss management system offers an exceptional weight loss protocol without adverse side effects. During your time on the program, you will have access to your medical provider and our clinic staff, who will educate and guide you every step of the way.

The Program Consists of Four Steps

  • Step One is our weight loss part of the program. In your initial clinic visit our medical staff will take a comprehensive medical history, along with a weight loss physical exam, EKG and blood work, and comprehensive body composition, which are required to determine eligibility for the program. After the initial consultation you will be given an individually tailored diet and monitored on a weekly basis by our medical staff. Nurse Practitioners prescribed your medications. Meal replacements, vitamins and supplements are dispensed at our clinic for your convenience. The weekly monitoring visits are an essential part of the program and are mandatory. 
  • Step Two is started once you achieve 95% of your weight loss goal and we begin weaning you off the meal replacement shakes & food choices and we add whole foods back into your diet program. 
  • Step Three is the transitional part of the program which will begin when you have reached your weight loss goal. The weekly visits will continue in order to provide you with the utmost assistance in maintaining your newly achieved weight. 
  • Step Four is a comprehensive long-term weight maintenance program, with emphasis on behavioral modification, nutrition, and exercise program.

The Method

There are four phases in the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol. During all four Phases you will receive one-on-one coaching, teaching you how your body gains weight and what you should be eating in order to maintain a balanced weight.
